Why be a Ecommerce Executive at Cult Beauty?
We are looking for an enthusiastic ECommerce Executive to join our team and support the management of our digital platform. Responsible for the website KPIs, supporting the growth strategy & driving the website forward, the eCommerce Executive will work with their team to achieve the website KPIs and support the execution of onsite marketing & trading plans. Responsibilities will include site merchandising across landing & list pages, working with digital teams on the 360-activation of our Cult Beauty campaigns, monitoring key onsite metrics and executing exciting new brand launches across our 300+ brand portfolio. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and will thrive working at fast agile pace.
As a Ecommerce Executive, you’ll:
- Ensure the website is kept up to date and merchandised with core trade & marketing activations, gifts with purchases, banners, new in products/brands and regularly updated category pages
- Set up of promotional & marketing codes to support daily trade performance
- Work collaboratively with marketing teams to identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the site as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels
- Monitor key site metrics including GP, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, Exit Rates, Traffic (new and returning) etc, and working with marketing channels to improve performance across these metrics where necessary
- Use analytics and our in-house reporting platform to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey to optimise sales and measure performance
- Execute brand launches across site, site navigation amendments, design outputs & reporting mechanisms for upcoming projects and development implementations
- Report on trade & promotional performance in the weekly trade meeting, sharing highlights and learnings with the wider team.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- Strong understanding of and interest in eCommerce marketing and the beauty industry
- Experience within a fast-paced organisation in an e-commerce/marketing role is preferable
- Proactive, able to demonstrate initiative and to drive activity within deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Manages their time efficiently, enjoys problem solving and finding effective yet scalable solutions
- Results oriented, able to confidently present KPIs and discuss learnings
- Team collaborator working closely with other teams in the business
