Empowering People and Communities
Since 2004, we have been pushing the boundaries of innovation to become the global influence we are today. We know that a diverse, inclusive, and supportive environment brings out the best in people.
Over the next few years, we will invest our time and energy into the people and communities who need our help the most. We will use our expertise to eradicate digital inequality and provide people with the skills they need to excel, and we will urge others to join us in creating a level playing field by paying fair wages for talent, regardless of gender, ability, or ethnicity.

Our stories so far
THG x The Christie
We have always been passionate about giving back and supporting our local and global communities. Throughout the year, our individual THG brands and senior leaders support a variety of charities and good causes, and we are proud to be making a positive difference to people and communities all over the world.
In 2023, we engaged our employees across the company, who voted and chose THG’s charity of the year – The Christie.
The Christie raises money for cancer research, treatment, education and extra patient services. It delivers projects, equipment and improvements that are over and above what the NHS funds, providing opportunities for patients to access the best possible care.
Over the course of 2024, we will work with The Christie, introduce volunteer leave, and launch our engagement calendar to raise money for them.
Diversity and Inclusion
THG’s D&I Committee was established during 2020 to drive positive change across the business globally. The peer-nominated representatives are responsible for identifying key areas for improvement, holding monthly forums, and working with the Senior Leadership Team to drive positive cultural change.
Our employee networks provide everyone a safe space for our people to celebrate and embrace their shared identities, experiences, and interests, and to learn from each other.
From our LGBTQ+ & Allies Society and our Black Community Network to our Neurodivergent Forum and BSL Book Club, we’re committed to ensuring everyone at THG feels comfortable bringing their whole self to work.
Global Parenthood Programme
In 2023, we have proactively evolved our people offering to become a more employee centric, values-led organisation.
This included the launch of our Global Parenthood Programme which offers up to 26-weeks full pay for primary care givers and up to 6-weeks full pay for secondary care givers, and the introduction of 10-days paid leave for IVF or fertility treatment. We’ve also increased compassionate leave to 10-days for all THG employees from day one.
