HR Business Partner - THG Nutrition Manufacturing
Location - Warrington or Manchester (5 days on site)
Travel required to our other UK Manufacturing sites

The Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our THG Nutrition Manufacturing team. This role is a critical part of our People function, partnering closely with operational leaders to drive a high-performance culture, support employee development, and ensure our people thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with manufacturing leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business performance.
- Championing a high-performance culture, ensuring employee engagement, retention, and well-being remain key priorities.
- Providing expert HR advice and guidance on a range of matters, including employee relations, organisational change, and workforce planning.
- Leading and supporting initiatives around talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability.
- Ensuring compliance with employment law, HR policies, and best practices within a manufacturing setting.
- Driving continuous improvement in HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven HR professional with strong business partnering experience, ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG, or operations environment.
- A commercially focused mindset with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels.
- Strong employee relations expertise, with experience handling complex cases in a fast-paced setting.
- A passion for people development, engagement, and creating a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and innovate.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
