Role: Marketplace Executive

We are recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Marketplace Executive to join the THG Nutrition Division. Supporting our iconic Myprotein brand, this role is integral to helping us achieve ambitious growth across our marketplace channels. Reporting into the VP of Sales – North America and working closely with internal teams, you will assist in ensuring the company’s profit and volume objectives are met.

Why be a Marketplace Executive?

  • Support the VP Sales and Global Head of Marketplaces in managing commercial and operational aspects of Amazon, Walmart.com and other marketplace platforms.
  • Be the day-to-day contact for our External marketplace agency partners.
  • Assist in building strong relationships and interfacing across multiple internal and external functions.
  • Manage the operational aspects such as inventory & Fulfillment, ensuring we maintain an optimal level of stock cover, while minimizing our storage costs.
  • Proactively generate and run internal and external reports using a range of systems; analyze external data and insights.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve bottom line, whether that be through pricing optimization, ad spend & inventory efficiencies
  • Coordinate activities between various departments involved in marketplace account management.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date catalogue, ensuring product listings are optimized.
  • Refresh marketing and creative content to enhance visibility and drive sales.
  • Monitor and generate KPIs; analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support with developing upsell options and promotional strategies.
  • Assist in fully managing the online ordering site and ensuring smooth operations.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with the Amazon platform; experience with other digital platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, with strong analytical skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and confidence to challenge ideas when necessary.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with experience working across multiple departments.
  • Understanding of both commercial and operational functions is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
