Why be a Retail Coordinator at THG Beauty? 

As a Mobile Retail Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and increasing brand awareness across various prestigious retail locations, such as John Lewis and Harrods throughout the London area. You'll be available Sunday to Saturday (with two rotated days off) and flexible for peak trading hours to ensure that you can capitalize on sales opportunities.  

Your initiative and proactive approach will be critical in maximising sales and fostering relationships with store personnel, inspiring them to promote our products even in your absence.  

This role demands accountability for sales targets, strategic planning for store visits, and an analytical mindset to monitor performance, assess competition, and provide valuable insights.  You will be an ambassador in delivering best- in- class customer experience. 

This role reports to the Head of Sales. 

 

As Retail Coordinator, you’ll:  

  • Drive sales for THG Beauty Brands through strong relationship building with retail partners and customers. 
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets on a consistent basis. 
  • Demonstrate accountability for sales performance in assigned stores. 
  • Foster brand awareness by inspiring store staff to engage customers with our products. 
  • Develop and maintain a rota to ensure you are in the right stores at peak trading times. 
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on personal sales and overall department performance. 
  • Complete and present a monthly trade report that includes competitive analysis and market insights. 
  • Provide strategic recommendations regarding brand positioning and retail presence based on observations. 
  • Monitor stock levels and report any low or high stock situations to the relevant teams. 

 

What skills and experience do I need for this role? 

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty industry. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build effective relationships. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and drive results. 

Desirable Criteria: 

  • Experience working in high-end retail environments such as department stores – Harrods, Selfridges, John Lewis. 
  • Previous experience in a mobile retail or brand ambassador role. 
  • Familiarity with sales reporting and analysis tools. 
  • Passion for beauty and wellness industry trends.
