Why be a Sales Manager at THG Beauty? 

To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for passionate, commercial and ambitious individuals to help us grow our Skincare Brand Perricone MD including a Sales Manager. As a Sales Manager for UK and EU, you will work closely with the Head of Broadcast to help develop our brand for the international business and facilitate day-to-day tasks with our B2B Broadcast channels. You will work with the Head of Broadcast on the business plan for each channel, new launches and live show execution.

As a Sales Manager, you’ll:  

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT  

  • Manage existing relationships with Broadcast channels HSE & QVC with full P&L accountability including sell-in/sell-out 
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business in each market, including looking for new broadcast partners  
  • Merchandising: work on optimizing assets and online store 
  • Analyse needs and best practices for each channel and being aware of competitor activity 
  • Assist the Head of Broadcast with forecasts for stock and sales for your market 
  • Produce bundle ideas for your market with correct pricing and promo strategy  
  • Support the prep and execution of all shows 
  • Take ownership of the marketing budget and suggest activity to be agreed with the head of broadcast 

OPERATIONS  

  • You will partner with the Ops team to make sure forecasts are accurate and our orders are fully fulfilled : 
  • Work with Ops Manager on forecasts by SKU, by month, by account 
  • Work with Ops Manager on organizing orders with channels based on their deadlines and needs 
  • Track free goods spent (samples, collateral, etc.)  
  • Follow each PO from start to finish through the THG & QVC critical path 

LEADERSHIP  

  • Be able to lead the broadcast team of 3 when the Head of Broadcast is out of the business  
  • Manage and develop one direct report; broadcast apprentice  
  • Problem solve and make timely, well-thought out decisions 
  • Regularly review all processes and offer suggestions for optimization and implement these throughout relevant teams/functions  
  • Represent Perricone MD in person with our channel partners  

 

What skills and experience do I need for this role? 

  • Prior experience in sales, preferably with  in the beauty industry or in Broadcast channels is highly desirable  

  • Strong ability to organize, prioritize, follow-up and meet deadlines  

  • Structured mind with a high multi-tasking ability  

  • Creative and problem solver with top class trouble shooting skills
     
  • High level of IT literacy, (especially Excel and Office in general)  

  • Interpersonal skills  

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in a small and fast-paced team
