About the role
We are recruiting for an experienced Spa Manager to join us at King Street Townhouse Hotel and Spa, Manchester’s premier health spa. Set in the heart of Manchester, King Street Townhouse Hotel and Spa offers exclusivity, unrivalled luxury and class leading facilities. With a state-of-the-art gym and magnificent health spa.
We are looking for a talented, passionate individual to join our successful spa. You will be responsible for maintain the highest standard of professionalism in all areas of the operation and ensure all treatments are carried out to our world-class standards.

As a Spa Manager you'll:
- Oversee the day to day management of our spa and gym, including leading and inspiring a dedicated team.
- Take charge of financial performance, driving revenue and achieving spa targets.
- Deliver brand standards and ensure every guest interaction reflects the luxury of King Street Townhouse.
- Monitor spa and treatment standards and implement corrective action & training where required.
- Ensuring guest journey from booking in clients and to their treatments is a seamless
- Driving the team's performance, arranging weekly rota.
- Making sure high standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all times by the team.
- Deliver exceptional treatments and hosting spa guests.
- Overseeing ordering and stock taking.
What Skills and Experience do I need for this role?
- Specific experience within a spa or health club environment
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- Experience with ESPA and Elemis is preferred but not essential
- Impeccable attention to detail and customer service experience
- Proven experience working as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills
- A natural and engaging leader
