We are looking for a creative and organised campaign manager to oversee the planning and coordinating of our brand campaigns, including new launches and incremental activity.  This is a pivotal role within the marketing team, bringing to life our brand and creative ideas through campaigns both online and offline.

The ideal candidate will be highly creative, willing to push the boundaries and think outside the box, working with the Head of Brand to identify opportunities of growth and development, and alongside the property teams to meet commercial requirements. This candidate must also be meticulously organised, highly collaborative and thrive working under pressure and capable of proactive forward planning.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Head of Brand to create, execute and monitor the performance of campaigns
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns and implement end to end, coordinating the efforts of various stakeholders – primarily the marketing team and property team – ensuring all stakeholders are aligned in delivering a holistic campaign
  • Build story and marketing synopsis of campaigns writing strong supporting copy, with the target audience and brand proposition in mind
  • Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of campaigns and their success
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows brand guidelines
  • Compile regular wash-ups of campaign performance and results
  • Improve campaigns using data and feedback
  • Devise B2C or B2B integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
  • Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity.
  • Work within a budget and report any overspend
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
  • Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
  • Keep abreast of current trends in marketing

 

Requirements:

  • A degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field
  • 2+ years as a campaign manager, marketing manager or a similar role
  • Proven experience in campaign management, managing end-to-end campaigns or as a project manager, with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrable portfolio in managing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing and analytic tools
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development and digital marketing channels
  • Proficiency in reporting and analysing, to measure and optimise campaign performance
  • Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent writing, communication and organisational skills with proficiency in the relevant software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns that stand out
