JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Location: Hale, Cheshire
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, variable shifts including some weekends (5 days a week)
Salary: Competitive, reflecting your skills and experience

Hale Country Club & Spa is recruiting for a full-time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. We are looking for individuals with a passion for food and beverage, ready to deliver exceptional service and enhance the dining experience for our esteemed members and guests.

PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work in all areas of Food & Beverage, including Bar, Restaurant, and Outdoor Terrace.
  • Welcome members and guests in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.
  • Prepare setups for tables.
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Up-sell with the latest departmental incentives.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Strive to achieve departmental targets.
  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas.
  • Comply with club security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
  • Comply with local licensing laws.
  • Be environmentally aware.
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
