We also collaborate closely with THG Society, our influencer marketing platform, which allows brands to access extraordinary locations, create content and host events with influencers and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver a 5* service within the Club
  • Oversee day to day activity of the Club including; F&B, Kitchen, Spa, Gym, Padel and Memberships
  • Work with wider THG teams on new concept development ensuring THG brands are integrated into the offering at every opportunity
  • Work with finance to ensure a profitable business
  • Accountability for ensuring the smooth operation of the Club and ensuring day to day health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to for everyone, while delivering an excellent member experience
  • Plan and execute member events with the marketing team
  • Maximizing the member experience through high standards and consistency in every department and seek ways to improve the member experience at every opportunity
  • Responsibility of the P&L and implementing initiatives to drive secondary spend
  • Identify training gaps and create appropriate solutions and continue to evolve the team
  • Project manage with senior management any refurbishments or additional offerings to the Club

 

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a General Manager, preferably within a 5* environment, desirably within a health club setting
  • Commercially astute
  • Experience of managing all operational departments
  • A proven background of improving and maintaining high standards
  • Be an excellent and inspiring communicator at all levels
  • Experience leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
