About the Role: 

We are looking for a part time influencer marketing executive to support with recruitment and retainment of influencer talent across the Myprotein categories for THG Nutrition. 

As an Influencer Executive you will: 

  • Research and identification of suitable influencers across various categories including Fitness, Fashion, sport and Lifestyle   
  • Support on the channel performance, including commercial KPI’ & report on influencer performance on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis  
  • Responsible for end-to-end relationship management with influencers, included but not limited to outreach, negotiation, nurturing relationships and evaluating performance. In addition, manage communications with the relevant influencers  
  • Negotiate and manage influencer contracts to build long term relationships with clear deliverables matching the influencers profile  
  • Maintain general influencer programme hygiene – including ensuring links, offers and reporting are up to date and correct   

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • 6 - 12 months experience in influencer marketing and/or marketing roles  
  • An interest in the athleisure, fitness, nutrition and overall health industry    
  • An understanding of how influencers can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value for brands. 
  • Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc.  
  • An interest in the commercial aspect of influencer marketing, with proficiency in Excel and general data handling   
  • Strong project management skills; demonstrated ability to execute successful projects with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
