As Junior Merchandiser, you’ll: 

• Oversee product lifecycle management, ensuring stock levels meet global demand. 
• Raise and manage purchase orders within set timelines. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align product launches, range planning, and promotions. 
• Manage delivery and intake processes with suppliers, logistics, and warehouses. 
• Monitor and report on stock, intake performance, and availability metrics, proposing proactive solutions. 
• Mentor and guide Assistant Merchandisers to foster team growth. 

What skills and experience do I need for this role? 

• Degree-qualified (2:1 or above) in a related subject. 
• At least 2 years’ merchandising experience, preferably in fashion or activewear. 
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills. 
• Commercially aware, using data to guide decision-making. 
• Excellent communication and influencing skills. 
• Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities. 
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset. 
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
