As Paid Search Lead, you’ll:

• Lead the development and execution of the paid search strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Utilise data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Oversee all aspects of account management and optimisation, including campaign structure, keyword management, and ad copy testing.
• Manage and monitor daily paid search spend to guarantee optimal performance and return on investment.
• Conduct in-depth competitor research and analysis to inform and refine strategies.
• Manage and mentor the paid search team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid search management with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and performance analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills for providing clear direction and fostering strong relationships.
• A self-motivated, results-driven individual with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and ownership in decision-making.
• Display/Programmatic experience and knowledge would be a plus.
