About CRM Marketing and Your Role  

Customer Relationship Management is the process of managing interactions with existing and prospective customers during their customer lifecycle, commonly through email, SMS, and push notifications. Through these interactions, you will be able to understand more about the customers and their behaviour through first party data and other data points. With 50+ brands in our client portfolio, THG Ingenuity’s CRM team is at the forefront of the eCommerce world and a place where driven and ambitious people can develop and thrive. 

 

 

Role Requirements 

  • The day-to-day management of CRM Campaigns and key performance metrics across a suite of global clients. 
  • Acting as day-to-day liaison for client account teams and other channel owners to devise database growth tactics to ensure consistent database growth. 
  • To manage and deliver CRM campaigns to retain customers across all stages of their lifecycle. 
  • Evolving campaigns based on data analysis, testing strategies and audience insight to ensure databases are kept engaged through communication. 
  • Developing data-driven Customer Journey innovation programmes to ensure customers are being targeted at each point in the customer lifecycle. 
  • Maintaining and leading relationships with our established clients and have responsibility in the production and assistance of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, as well as highlighting any key insight or trends. 
  • Potential training, development and management of direct reports to deliver their objectives with the support of the CRM Manager. 

 

 

What we are looking for 

  • 2-3 years’ CRM experience (desired but essential) 
  • Degree level qualification in marketing or similar sector 
  • Experience in creating email campaigns 
  • An ability to adapt and take on new responsibilities 
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills 
  • Applied understanding of lifecycle development and optimisation 
  • A desire to learn 
  • Confident in communicating and presenting with core stakeholders both internally and externally
