  • Manage product safety and quality at multiple THG Fulfilment and 3PL sites across the globe
  • Multiple client-facing role, including being the technical contact for licensing and retailer requirements for onward Technical Performance Management
  • Implementation of product safety and quality standards/systems across fulfilment and 3PL
  • Creation and implementation of Technical Performance Management for Licensing and Retail
  • Improve Quality Culture across fulfilment and 3PLs

 

  • Support Fulfilment and 3PL sites to maintain the THG Standard for Storage (or equivalent) for Fulfilment of finished products to consumers
  • Manage the onward Quality performance management of license and retail supply channels
  • Embed a standardised set of Quality processes across the globe to support the reduction of product incident
  • Ensure implementation and compliance to BRC storage and distribution (or equivalent standards) at all THG associated fulfilment sites globally
  • Ensure licensing brands are hitting our performance metrics (after creation) and there’s no risk to food safety
  • Manage the reduction in customer complaints across fulfilment, 3PL, retail and licensing
  • Support via being an SME, improvements to fulfilment quality monitoring KPIs (e.g., right first time, FIFO, traceability etc)
  • Influence and engage with key operational stakeholders from across the fulfilment and 3PL sites (at site lead level) to ensure compliance to quality standards
  • Engage and build relationships with licence and retail account executives to build quality and compliance attributes into licencing and retail contracts, before signing off
  • Ensure compliance to a BRC storage and distribution standard (or equivalent) across THG Fulfilment including 3PLS
  • Ensure that Quality requirements to support brand protection are covered within any new licensing or retail agreements
  • Ongoing Technical Performance Managing (e.g., by Scorecard) is created, implemented and improvement plans to support improvements to the scorecard are in place
  • Support Improvements in:

    Returns due to – damage, missing, out of date Fulfilment complaints

    Waste in all its forms

    Standardised processes across the global Fulfilment structure

    Quality Performance to be considered on licensing and retail account

 

Experience:

  • Technical Account Management experience
  • A proven track record in quality systems management
  • Experience managing external teams in 3rd party/internal audits and technical visits
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Previous experience in identifying and driving quality and continuous improvement objectives
  • HACCP level 4 certificate
  • Food safety level 4 certificate
  • Lead Auditor certificate (BRCGS) (required but not essential)
  • Experience with BRCGS and equivalent standards
  • Ability to travel (with some overnight stays)
