The Supply Planner will take ownership and accountability of delivering supply plan from procurement through to distribution of stock within THG’s global warehouse network as required for your assigned brands within THG’s growing own-brand portfolio.

Work collaboratively with demand planning counter-part to assist in monitoring sales across all channels and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify trends and capture trading activity to drive improvements and ensure an efficient stock inventory. 

Utilizes forward forecasts to inform supply plan and be responsible for ensuring optimum availability both globally and at a warehouse level across full SKU range. Monitor and report on availability to all key stakeholders and take actions to resolve any out of stock and availability risks. 

As a Supply Planner at THG, you'll:

• Plan inventory levels in accordance with stock budget, monitor these inventory levels and be accountable for any variance to the stock budget
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and freight teams to coordinate stock transfers from suppliers and within THGs warehousing network
• Work collaboratively with Suppliers, Brand and Regulatory teams to ensure the timely delivery of EPD and NPD projects
• Coordinate with Inventory Cost Accounting on inventory reconciliation to resolve consumption or costing discrepancies
• Execute day to day planning and purchasing activities including procurement orders, work orders & on-time delivery per MPS and demand velocity with emphasis on kitting ship to trade dates for retail partners
• Partner closely with Project Management, Sales/Marketing and branded warehouse for on-time procurement and production of Finished Goods and components ensuring continuity of supply for new and existing items
• Delivery of supply plan to ensure optimum availability of SKUs in THG network; propose and implement solutions to drive improvement as needed
• Plan and monitor inventory in accordance with stock target by collaborating with suppliers and the warehouse for supply continuity
• Monitor and drive reduction in SLOBs lines to achieve an efficient inventory Collaborate with and improve systems accuracy between third party partners (distribution and manufacturing)
• Production of various data and reporting against key KPIs as and when required; availability, stock targets, aged stock etc.
• Maintenance of working replenishment model to coordinate supply plan
• Execution of supply plan by working collaboratively with suppliers, warehouses and freight teams
• Work with Brand teams to coordinate EPD & NPD projects from concept to launch

Internal Communication & Relationships:

• Develop effective working relationships across key business stakeholders
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Retail, Ecomm and key sales channels in delivering effective supply plan
• Collaborate with Warehouse Ops and Freight teams in the delivery of supply plan

External Communication & Relationships:

• Build relationships with all 3rd party manufacturers and suppliers to establish effective ways of working
