Why be a Trade Marketing Executive at THG?

The Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies for the THG Own Beauty Brands via THG’s beauty retail sites: Look Fantastic, Cult Beauty & Dermstore to drive sales growth and brand visibility.

 

As Trade Marketing Executive, you’ll:

  • Working with the Senior Trade Marketing Manager to plan, build and execute the Joint Business Plans (JBPs) by territory across 3 core retail sites.
  • Regular sales analysis with key insights of product and category performance to drive continuous improvements to maximise sales and other KPIs.
  • Support the Senior Trade Marketing Manager in weekly meetings with key stakeholders to review performance of each brand and revise upcoming exposure with recommendations to improve performance if necessary.
  • Ensuring all key trading and brands moments are well planned out and executed on time.
  • Regular reporting of THG Brands overall performance through Core Beauty monitors KPIs such as: Revenue, GP, Conversion and Average Order Value feeding in actions to improve performance.
  • In depth analysis of key campaigns e.g NPD launches, key trade activations.

 

 

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Ecommerce or Trade Marketing role.
  • Team player – able to collaborate across functions.
  • Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communicator – able to give clarity and set direction.
  • Time management: Prioritise, structure work & effectively manage time.
  • Ability to form good working relationships with internal teams.
  • Awareness of the Beauty industry.
