THG announces expanded role for THG Beauty CEO Lucy Gorman

THG, the global health and wellness consumer brands group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lucy Gorman as CEO - THG Nutrition and THG Beauty.

 

Having been with the Group for over 12 years, Lucy brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the business. She first joined THG in 2012 on a 12-month placement during her degree, returning in 2013 as a graduate in the Beauty division.

 

From there, she progressed to CEO of Nutrition before being promoted to CEO of Beauty in 2022. Lucy will oversee the overall trading of both divisions while Neil Mistry remains as CEO of the Nutrition business.

 

Over her tenure, Lucy has played an instrumental role in the growth and success of both THG’s Beauty and Nutrition businesses which today are global, cash generative, health and wellness leaders.

 

Additionally, THG plc has also announced three further promotions within THG Beauty’s Senior Leadership Team. Francesca Elliott, who also joined the group as a graduate, has been appointed CEO – Beauty Retail where she will be responsible for driving long-term growth and strategic brand innovation across all the Group’s beauty retail platforms. This follows Francesca’s recent success as Managing Director of Cult Beauty, where she oversaw a major rebrand of the business.

 

Amy Fisher who joined THG as CEO of Beauty Brands in September 2024 will assume further responsibility for THG LABS, the manufacturing arm of THG Beauty. Finally, James Bonner, who joined THG ten years ago, has been appointed President of THG US Retail.
